HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA PASIEN POST PARTUM DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN SUTJIATI KEBUNJERUK JAKARTA BARAT TAHUN 2022
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat mengurangi tingkat kematian bayi. ASI merupakan makanan terbaik yang ibu dapat berikan kepada bayinya, namun Secara umum, pemberian ASI rata-rata di seluruh dunia relatif rendah. Keberhasilan ibu dalam melakukan IMD dan pemberian ASI Eksklusif sangat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan dari keluarga terutama dukungan penuh dari seorang suami kepada istrinya dalam proses menyusui. Tujuan Penulisaan : penulisan penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan suami terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada pasien post partum di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Sutjiati Kebunjeruk Jakarta Barat Tahun 2022. Metode Peneltian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Hasil Penelitian:Mayoritas responden secara relative memiliki dukungan suami baik (87,8%).Mayoritas responden memberikan ASI eksklusf kepada bayinya sejumlah (92,2%). Hubungan dukungan suami terhadap keberhasilan ASI eksklusif pada pasien post partum didapatkan hasil ada hubungan yang signifikan dibuktikan dengan p-value = 0,037 P.value < 0,05. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Hasil penelitian menunjukan dukungan suami baik, Mayoritas responden memberikan ASI eksklusf kepada bayinya, Hubungan dukungan suami terhadap keberhasilan ASI eksklusif pada pasien post partum menunjukan ada hubungan yang positip dan signifikan p-value = 0,037. Hasil ini menunjukan dukungan suami mampu meningkatkan pemberian asi eclusive, peluang bagi PMB untuk memberikan fasilitas yang lebih privasi agar keterlibatan suami dapat lebih optimal.
