THE RELATIONSHIP OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FATIGUE IN FLOOD DISASTER VOLUNTEERS IN JAKARTA
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Relawan bencana adalah seorang atau sekelompok orang yang
mampu dan perduli untuk bekerja secara sukarela dan ikhlas dalam upaya
penanggulangan bencana. Disisi lain relawan bencana juga harus memperhatikan
terkait dengen ancaman kelelahan secara fisik dan mental. Tujuan: Penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan aktivitas fisik terhadap kelelahan fisik
dan mental terhadap relawan banjir di Jakarta. Metode: Deskripsi observasional
merupakan metode penelitian ini dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah responden
sebanyak 106 orang yang didapat dengan rumus Lemeshow. Teknik sampling
menggunakan purposive dengan inklusi dan eklusi. Hasil: Penelitian ini
menghasilkan tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan kategori aktivitas fisik tinggi dengan
total MET > 600 MET yaitu sebanyak 96,2% atau sebanyak 102 responden.
Sedangkan kelelahan fisik dan mental diperoleh hasil 51,8% atau pada kategori
“lumayan tinggi” yang diperoleh dari rata-rata. Hasil Uji pearson didapatkan nilai
signifikan yaitu 0,012<0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang
menunjukan ada hubungan. Hasil nilai korelasi sebesar 0,218 menunjukan
korelasi yang positive namun korelasi sangat lemah, menunjukan ada faktor lain
yang juga berpengaruh terhadap Kelelahan Fisik dan mental pada relawan banjir
di Jakarta.

- Personal Servers.
