ANALISIS KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN APD MASKER DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT COVID-19 PADA MAHASISWA DI JAKARTA
Abstract
Latarbelakang: Corona virus merupakan suatu kelompok virus yang zoonosis ditrasmisikan dari hewan ke manusia, corona virus juga dapat menyebabkan penularan yang cepat antara manusia, WHO secara resmi memberi nama virus yang menjadi pandemi ini sebagai Savere Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) dan nama penyakit sebagai Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). WHO mendukung inisiatif pemerintah berbagai negara yang mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakan masker berbahan kain atau buatan sendiri, anjuran penggunaan masker merupakan langkah pencegahan yang dapat membatasi penyebaran penyakit COVID-19. Pada mahasiswa Prodi Kesehatan Masyarakat UHAMKA sebagai anggota masyarakat yang berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta harus mematuhi upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan masker dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit COVID-19 pada mahasiswa di wilayah Jakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu jenis kelamin, pengetahuan, sikap, keterpaparan informasi, ketersediaan APD masker, dukungan orang tua, dan variabel kepatuhan penggunaan APD masker, sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus besar sampel dan didapatkan 190 mahasiswa yang berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta, cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan uji statistik menggunakan chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebagian besar mahasiswa kurang patuh dalam penggunaan APD masker (50,5%), mahasiswa berjenis kelamin perempuan (78,4%), pengetahuan rendah (53,7%), sikap positif (54,2%), terpapar informasi dengan baik (55,3%), APD maskernya kurang lengkap (52,6%), dukungan Orang Tua (57,9%). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan penggunaan ADP masker dengan pengetahuan, keterpaparan informasi, ketersediaan APD masker dan dukungan orangtua.

3. Author Online Use
- Personal Servers.
